The price is fixed: $800 USD. The scope is defined in writing before we start, so there are no hidden charges or mid-project "extras". You pay 50% to book your date and 50% on delivery.

The date is just as clear: 14 days from the moment I receive your content (copy, photos and logo). Don't have it ready? I'll give you a simple guide to prepare it before we start.

What if I need more than 5 pages?

No problem: each additional page is quoted before we start (usually between $80 and $120 depending on complexity). Charges never appear mid-project.

When does the 14-day clock start?

From the moment I receive your complete content: copy, photos and logo. If you do not have it yet, I give you a guide to prepare it and we set the date once it is ready — so the promise is real, not fine print.

How do I pay from the US, Europe or LATAM?

In USD via international transfer, Wise or PayPal (local transfer inside Colombia). 50% to book your date and 50% once the site is published and working.

Do I own the site?

Yes, all of it: domain, hosting and code stay in your accounts and under your ownership. I hand over the credentials and a short guide for basic edits, so you never depend on me.

Does it include ranking on Google?

It includes the full technical foundation: structure, metadata, schema, sitemap and speed. Sustained ranking is a different job — the SEO + GEO Audit tells you what to do, and the Monthly plan executes it.
